Where payment has already been made, any cancelled order will be refunded.

We do not store your banking or credit card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within South Africa.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to:

  • courier delays;
  • public holidays;
  • weather;
  • supplier delays;
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership of goods transfers to you only once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address supplied by you.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Where applicable under the Consumer Protection Act, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for defective products.
