- Choose the silicone tip that best suits your child and attach it securely.
- Switch on the aspirator and begin with the gentlest suction setting.
- Gently position the tip at the entrance of the nostril. Do not force the tip deeply into the nose.
- Move the aspirator gently in small circular motions while suctioning.
- Repeat on the opposite nostril if necessary.
- Remove and clean the silicone tip and mucus reservoir after use.
Helpful tip: For stubborn or dried mucus, saline spray may be used beforehand as directed to help soften the mucus before suctioning.
